Project overview

One central platform behind a multi-channel commerce ecosystem.

The main administration system is built with Laravel on a MySQL data layer and acts as the central business platform for Suguin. It provides the controls needed to manage sellers and retailers, customers, delivery partners, products and categories, orders, approvals, promotions, website and app content, payouts, support activity, reports, users and platform settings.

The wider Vue.js portals and Flutter mobile applications connect back through APIs, so customer shopping, retailer fulfilment, delivery operations, call-centre support and management reporting can work from one coordinated backend rather than separate application silos.

01 Challenge

The challenge

Suguin is not a single storefront. It combines customer channels, local retailers, wholesale activity, delivery partners, call-centre teams and business administration. Without a central operating layer, each frontend could drift into separate rules, data and manual reconciliation. The core challenge was therefore to provide deep administrative control while giving every connected channel the data and actions relevant to its role.

02 Delivery

What we delivered

We organised the central Laravel/MySQL platform around the major business domains: business and seller onboarding, retailers and stores, customers, delivery partners, catalogues and inventory, orders and transactions, approvals and verification, promotions and content, payouts and finance, support, users and permissions, reporting and system configuration. The platform also provides the API-connected backbone used by the Vue.js website/portals and Flutter mobile applications, allowing each interface to specialise without fragmenting the underlying business model.
