Web Challengers Workstation: one operations hub for delivery, support and WordPress fleets

Web Challengers Workstation brings project delivery, support, billing, secure access and large-scale WordPress fleet operations into one Laravel + Vue platform.

Web Challengers Workstation was built to solve an internal operating problem: project delivery, support, time, invoicing and the maintenance of hundreds of WordPress websites were too connected to be managed efficiently as isolated tools.

Project operations and website operations in one system

The platform combines project and task workflows with tickets, time tracking, reports and invoicing, while a connected WordPress fleet layer supports central maintenance and security operations across hundreds of websites. The objective is not to replace every specialist tool, but to provide one operational source of truth for the work that needs to move between teams.

Secure access without passing credentials around

Team and client access is controlled through role-based accounts and two-factor authentication. Website credentials can remain encrypted within the platform while authorized users use controlled login flows, reducing the need to store or share sensitive access details in insecure places.

Built for fleet-scale WordPress maintenance

The support layer is designed for large website groups, including plugin and theme visibility, update workflows, Wordfence operations, file-integrity monitoring, cache controls, runtime history and centralized security actions. The same operating view can connect that maintenance work back to the client, project and support context.

  • Laravel API and Vue.js operational dashboard
  • Projects, tasks, tickets, time, reports and invoicing
  • Role-based access and 2FA for team and clients
  • Encrypted site credentials and controlled login workflows
  • WordPress fleet maintenance for hundreds of websites
  • Security, updates, cache, file integrity and operational reporting

Why we built Workstation

The platform grew from real delivery and support requirements. Bringing related operational data together makes recurring maintenance more visible, reduces context switching and gives teams a clearer way to understand what changed, what needs attention and which client or project it belongs to.

The Web Challengers Operations Hub case study provides a deeper look at the platform architecture, fleet-management scope and delivery workflows.
